Ticket Price Changes In Place For 2013 Wichita Wild Season

The Wichita Wild Professional Indoor Football Team is announcing price changes for single game and season tickets for the upcoming 2013 season. This year's prices will decrease 7-10 dollars for single game tickets and 50-60 dollars for season tickets from the 2012 season. Season tickets are available for purchase now, while single game tickets can be purchased beginning February 22, 2013. This change is a result of the Wild's entrance into a new league, the Champions Professional Indoor Football league, which includes two less regular season games than their previous membership in the IFL. This year the Wild will play a total of 12 games, 6 of which will be hosted at Hartman Arena.
A major difference in the Wild seating format from last season is the new general admission seating which will be located in Section 101. Tickets can be purchased for $5 per game in this seating area and fans are free to sit anywhere in the section. General reserve seating has been lowered to $9 a ticket, player bench level seating to $12 a ticket, and club level seating will be $16 a seat.
Season ticket prices will also differ with tickets as low as $24 in general admission, general reserve seating at $48, player bench level seating at $66 and club seats at $84. Season tickets include early entrance to the game at 6:00 p.m. through the Coors Light Lounge and first right of refusal for playoff tickets. For fans choosing to purchase Club seats, there is an option to buy access to the VIP Hartmoor Club for an additional $15 per game. The fee covers access to the club, private entry into the arena 30 minutes before doors open to the public, as well as a selection of free hor d'oeuvres and a full service bar. "With a great slash in prices for the Wild everybody can become an indoor football fan," Wild GM, John Blazek said. "Our tickets start at $5 so it's affordable for people to come to a game and see the action."
The Wild will host 6 regular season home games this season in the CPIFL, beginning with the Kansas Koyotes on March 23rd and concluding June 8th against the Mid-Missouri Outlaws. Wichita Wild Set to Join CPIFL

The Wichita Wild announced yesterday the the team will be playing in the Champions Professional Indoor Football League for the 2013 season. The CPIFL has been built to establish itself as the premier indoor football league in the Midwest. This new league allows Wichita the opportunity to kindle old rivalries with franchises in Tulsa, Kansas City, and Sioux City.
John Blazek, General Manager of the Wichita Wild is very excited about the opportunity to join the new league. "The CPIFL is a great fan friendly league and for the first time in franchise history gives our fans the opportunity to travel to most of our away games." The CPIFL will have teams in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Iowa.
Coach Morris Lolar looks to continue building the team not just on the field but in the community as well. "We're happy to get a chance to play closer to home. I feel this is a very sound move to help strengthen our fan base, and allow local talent to be developed." Lolar finished the 2012 season at 9-7 leading the Wild deep into postseason play.
The Wichita Wild organization was founded by owner Wink Hartman in 2007, playing their first season as an independent team. In 2008, the Wild joined the United Indoor Football league which would later merge with the Intense Football League to create the Indoor Football League. In just its sixth year in existence, the Wichita Wild has become the most winning indoor football franchise in Wichita's history.
The CPIFL has reunited many Midwest rivalries to indoor football that have been split by other leagues. This move will create more regional exposure for the Wild as they continue to build their fan base.
