Free Agency Period Delayed Due To Severe Weather

Due to severe weather on the east coast, the free agency period will be delayed until Wednesday, October 31st, the Arena Football League announced today.
Communication and phone lines to the east coast could be interrupted making business transactions difficult.
Similarly, the National Football League shut down their League office in Manhattan on Monday and Tuesday and pushed back the trade deadline to Thursday due to the storms.
The AFL free agency period was previously set to begin on Tuesday, October 30. The exclusive signing period will be extended through Tuesday. Free agents will be assigned beginning on Wednesday, October 31.
