The
Spokane Shock, Spokane Elite Dance Studio, Rockwood Clinic, and Spokane
Crew will be hosting a day of youth camps on Monday, November 12th,
2012 at the Spokane Shock Facility to benefit Cure for Cat Foundation.
Cure for Cat seeks to raise funds for local 25 year old Cat Davis who is fighting systemic scleroderma. For more information visit www.cureforcat.com.
Spokane
Elite Dance Studio will host a Dance Camp from 10am-12pm. Instruction
will be led by Maggie Kazemba, Shock Dance Team Members, and Instructors
of Spokane Elite Dance Studio. Maggie has over twelve years of
experience in studio and dance teams around Spokane; including the
Director of the Spokane Shock Dance Team and Head Coach of the WSU
Crimson Girls.
The
Spokane Shock and Rockwood Clinic will host a Football Camp from
1pm-3pm. Shock Coaches, Players, and Rockwood staff will lead Speed,
Performance, and Skill Drills. Participants will be tested in 20-yd
shuttle, 40-yd dash, broad jump and compete in Positional Drills and
One-on-Ones.
Spokane
Crew will host a Baseball skills camp from 5pm-7pm. Instruction will be
led by Shawn Henry and Spokane Crew Instructors at the Spokane Shock
Facility with Indoor Batting Cage. Instruction will provide campers with
skill training to help players reach maximum potential.
